Published on 9/28/2018

This week, we took an interoffice poll to find out the most commonly asked questions from members and discovered that an FAQ is about renewing your certifications.

We have the answers for you!

Renewing your certification is as easy as filling out the certification renewal application and submitting it via mail or email to the certification department.

You can email your completed form to: GRodriguez@AFE.org.

Or via mail at : 8200 Greensboro Drive, Suite 400, McLean, Va 22102.

Don’t know if your certification has expired?

It’s okay, call us at: 571-395-8772.

*If your certification has expired you will be assessed a late fee. So please renew prior to your certification expiring.

The renewal form and information about this process can be found online at: afe.org.
Under the "Resources and Forms" tab on then by clicking, “Certification Renewal” (See screenshots).

You simply fill out the form associated with your certification.

You have a choice between a PDF and a paper application for each renewal.

Hopefully, this simplified the renewal process for you.
