Welcome to the AFE San Diego Chapter.
The Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) is the premier organization for facilities engineering and operations professionals, and I am honored to serve as Chapter President. With over 17 years of experience, I currently lead facilities operations at UC San Diego Health, supporting complex, mission-critical environments that impact safety, reliability, and performance.
My background spans large-scale healthcare campuses, Class A commercial high-rise buildings, industrial operations, and educational institutions, providing a well-rounded perspective on building systems and operational excellence.
I hold CHFM, CFM, and CHC certifications, along with a Master of Legal Studies from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA from the University of San Diego. As a Marine Corps veteran, I bring a disciplined, service-driven approach focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
