Randy Olson has been focused on elevating the facility management profession by leading the development and implementation of FM training and credential programs since 2010. He works with industry leaders across professional associations, businesses, government organizations, colleges and universities to enhance the knowledge and skills of FM professionals. Olson has over 25 years of sales and management experience in the technology industry and has worked in software engineering in both financial services and the U.S. Air Force.
