About this event

As we continue to look for ways to optimize our facilities, improve energy efficiency, and plan for our upcoming infrastructure needs, we are excited to host a Lunch & Learn session with The Hill Group.

The Hill Group is a premier, Midwest-based mechanical contracting organization that has been an industry leader in building comfort, safety, and energy efficiency for nearly 90 years.

What we will learn this session is designed to give our operations, facilities, and leadership teams a closer look at modern solutions for major infrastructure challenges.

The Hill Group's team of project and professional engineers will cover:
Modern HVAC, Piping & Sheet Metal Solutions: Best practices for evaluating and upgrading aging commercial HVAC systems to maximize performance and value.

Energy Efficiency & Smart Building Technology: How leveraging virtual design and updated building controls can drastically reduce energy consumption and operational costs.

Special Projects & Turnkey Solutions: A breakdown of how they manage complex mechanical systems from conceptual design through final commissioning.

Modular Construction Offsite: The safety and scheduling advantages of offsite modular prefabrication (such as central plants and racking systems) to minimize on-site campus disruptions.

Who Should Attend? This event is highly recommended for our administrative leadership, facilities managers, building engineers, and maintenance staff who oversee our campus systems and operational budgets.
