Certified Professional Supervisor (CPS)
is a great intro to management. For new supervisors and trades personnel looking at getting into management, the CPS program covers things like time management, how to deal with conflict, labor law, business law, safety, interviewing, management styles, disciplinary process, and other areas of management that a new supervisor needs to know. Learning about the do's and don'ts of management by trial and error is never good and getting the basic information on management skills through this program will help ease the transition into management. This is also a good program to send supervisors and managers to refresh their management skills. We do not cover maintenance activities in this program. The CPS is strictly a management coaching program and is tailored for anyone who manages people regardless of industry.

Review course cancellation policy
Candidates who register for Online Review Course (ORC) may cancel said registration on or before the cancellation date posted on the web portal for each course. Cancellations requested on or before the posted cancellation date will be subject to a $225 application administrative fee, which will be deducted from the applicable refund amount. Refunds will be issued within thirty days from the cancellation date via the payment method used to register for the course. Cancellation requests received after the posted date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 80% of the total registration fee, which will be deducted from the applicable refund amount.
