Registration cancellations made on or before 9 January 2022 will receive a full refund. All cancellation requests received after January 9th but before or on January 11th will be subject to a $25 processing fee. Registration fees are non-refundable after 11 January 2022. No shows will be charged the full registration fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to meetings@afe.org. Requests for cancellations will not be accepted via telephone.
