Roofing Problems, Inspections and Maintenance

This meeting, we will discuss roofing. A building can possess the greatest internal components and equipment. But without a good roofing system, the building is at risk to long term damage through water infiltration or even catastrophic failure.

Our speakers will discuss identification of roofing problem areas through inspection, thermography, ongoing maintenance, and new roofing projects.

PRESENTERS: Audrey Strein, President of Roofing Dynamics. A graduate of Cindott, Audrey has intensive training in the proper use and application of all types of roofing products, methods, and systems. Her certifications include Building Envelope Certification from the BESI Cindott Roof Technology and Maintenance Inspection Certification. Moreover, Audrey maintains yearly Continuing Education credits from the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC), formally RCI.
 
Brian Land

With his extensive knowledge of all types of roofing systems and wide-ranging experience with leak-related issues and having attended Villanova Law School, Brian will supply objective expertise when you need an independent opinion for legal issues and claims assistance.

Brian is a graduate of the Infraspection Institute, the Roofing Industry Educational Institute (RIEI), and the Delaware Valley Safety Council.

His certifications include: Infraspection Institute Certified Thermographer,

and NRCA Solar Panel Pre-Installation Certification.
