The 2025 National Board of Directors evaluated the corporate leadership qualifications of all AFE Industry Partners during 2024 and chose one partner that demonstrated remarkable advancements in enhancing the professionalism of their Facility Management professionals, ensuring excellence across all their facilities. The AFE Facility Excellence Leader of the Year Award will be revealed and presented at this year's AFE Forward event. Keep an eye out for the announcement.


The AFE President’s Award is granted to Chapter Presidents who exhibit exceptional dedication throughout their term, leading to substantial progress for their Chapter and its associated members.
