Topic: 7 Steps to a Reliability Culture

Synopsis: Defining the reliability of a facility can be difficult.  Even more difficult is instituting that reliability.  I will give you a definition and 7 steps to take to institute a reliability culture.  When reliable is the way we do work, it becomes the ingrained culture of the organization.

Instilling a new operating culture can be difficult and does take time, but the rewards of a reliable facility are worth it.  

 

Presenter: Kate Kerrigan,  Reliability & Operations Excellence Engineer, Adjunct Professor, Consultant, Trainer, Writer and Speaker. Kate holds three professional certifications: Theory of Constraints Fundamentals Exam from the TOC International Certification Organization; Certified Professional Maintenance Manager from AFE; and the PMP from the Project Management Institute. Kate is a long-time and active member of AFE currently serving as Chairman of the AFE Foundation.
